New user experience
in progress

Getting started took very long. I realize a lot of data analyzing takes place in the background - but still as a user you want to see some first insights - ideally on your own data. Maybe a way to get this started is to let the user pick 3 contacts that he/she works with often / or that are key to their performance - get started there (and then work on the other 1000s in the background)

We're working on this in a few different ways:
- Improving sync performance so that you get results faster.
- Improving the new user experience while we wait for sync to complete.
We've made progress on both of these, but we have more improvements planned.

Great feedback, Ton. Thank you. How long did it seem like things took?

Ryan Huff: For me to see the first results is was the next day or even the day after.
Ryan Huff
Ton Dobbe: WOW. Yeah, that's way too long. When I look in the database, it looks like the FIRST analysis was ready within 24 minutes, but that's still 23 minutes too long... we're brainstorming.

We are talking about a few solutions to this problem. I have been promoting the idea of it starts with analyzing yourself, and using that as the tour for features and definition of terms, etc.
picking a few people is an interesting addition, as it could show some variety during that onboarding and create some instant gratification.

Scott Sandland: Exactly - it's all in that instant gratification. But I have to weight his one on the greater schema of features requested - it's not top of the list. Question is however, how valualable it's going to be to win people over early stage.
