Filter out emails in the Promotional and Social categories

Gmail labels and separates out emails into Promotional and Social categories. It would be nice to prevent those emails from syncing in.

We've made some progress on this and hopefully you're seeing a difference; but we have other improvements planned.

Note, our changes don't affect EXISTING profiles -- but we should be doing a better job filtering out new profiles for bulk senders, marketing emails, account notifications, etc.
